It is centrally located just minutes from downtown, Garden of the Gods, and Ute Pass. I have added a flower garden for enjoyment in the Summer and sleds furnished for fun in the snow in the Winter. Umbrellas are available for walks in the rain. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Your stay will be just like a home away from home with stocked kitchen utensils, coffees, teas, fresh linens, towels and so much more. The back deck is welcoming and has extra lighting for nights out on the deck. Easy access to the rear of the property if you want to park in the back of the alley.
