Enjoy the outdoors in the Rocky Mountains. This home is cozy and allows for up to 6 people. It includes 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed, the sofa bed is queen size. Accommodations for laundry, stocked kitchen, hot tub, privacy from neighbors on this 4 acre property. There are several lakes in the area with beautiful views of Pikes Peak. Pet friendly.

Additional Details

  • House rules: We ask that the guests observe quiet time between the hours of 8PM and 9AM. We are pet friendly and ask that pet waste is cleared and disposed of prior to departure. If you have pets there is a one time pet fee of $50.00 for up to two pets. Pets must be on a leash when walking them but they are welcome to go free in the backyard that is fenced. Smoking allowed outdoors only and we ask that ashtrays be used and disposed of prior to departure. The HOA does not allow guests to fish, boat or swim in the lakes but we invite you to enjoy strolling around the lakes. No outside burning at all due to fire danger. Grilling is ok though. Parties and large event gatherings are not allowed.
